For over forty years, Beachpoint Church has developed interns in kids, student, adult, and worship ministries. Our interns have gone on to serve across the country and around the world.

In recent years, the program has been renewed to emphasize holistic formation, combining hands-on ministry training with cross-discipline staff mentorship and intentional soul care through spiritual direction.
